Vernette is planning to do a workshop every two months, focusing on different postures and aspects of a Vernyoga class, starting with Pranayama, Meditations and Relaxation techniques, Sun Salutes, Standing sequences, Balances, Seated Postures, Twists, Backbends, Inversions and Yoga Nidra.
